We left Hill City very early this morning. Plugged in the GPS and headed for The Little Big Horn National Mouument, AKA Custer’s Last Stand.
The monument was interesting but I’m not sure it was worth the extra miles to get there. We took a short bus tour that explained the battle.
Dinner tonight was at the BearCreek Saloon where we also watched some pig races….REALLY..I’m not kidding!!!
We are now in Red Lodge, MT for our last night before heading down the Beartooth Highway and entering Yellowstone. For the next 3 days, no cell, no internet, no TV…this is going to be a challenge!!!!!
